I have been a practicing counselor for over 16 years. I am currently licensed to practice in Alaska and Florida. I am currently a PhD student in clinical sexology focusing on providing sex therapy with specialization in arousal concerns, orgasm difficulties, and BDSM/Kink related challenges. I am LGBTQ+ allied and kink/BDSM conscious therapist.
I utilize mindfulness training, cognitive behavioral, solution-focused treatment models, and draw from other evidence-based methods. I specialize in life transitions, women issues and sexuality.
